1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Mother’s kids (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit Delicieux Recettes at https://delicieuxrecettes.com/ (the “Website”) or use Recipe Content Scheduler (the “Application”).

The Website provides recipe and food-related content and may use analytics and third-party advertising. The Application allows users to connect their own Pinterest accounts, select authorized boards, schedule content, and publish Pins on their own behalf.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, username, email address, contact information, application preferences, scheduling information, and content you choose to process or publish.

We may also automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, timestamps, referring pages, and security or error logs.

3. Pinterest Account Connection and OAuth

Recipe Content Scheduler allows users to connect their own Pinterest account using Pinterest’s OAuth authorization system.

We do not request, collect, or store your Pinterest password. Authentication takes place directly through Pinterest.

4. Pinterest Data We May Access

Depending on the permissions granted and features used, the Application may access:

  • basic account information needed to identify the connected Pinterest account;
  • Pinterest boards available to the authorized user;
  • Pins or Pin-related information required for authorized features;
  • technical identifiers for boards and Pins;
  • information necessary to create, schedule, publish, and verify Pins.

We request and use only the permissions necessary for the Application’s intended functionality.

5. How We Use Pinterest Data

  • identify the connected Pinterest account;
  • retrieve authorized boards so the user can select a publishing destination;
  • prepare and schedule Pins;
  • publish Pins to boards selected by the user;
  • check publishing status or results;
  • maintain the authorized connection required for the service;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Application.

We do not use Pinterest data for purposes incompatible with the functionality authorized by the user.

6. OAuth Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens

When a user authorizes the Application, Pinterest may provide an access token and refresh token. These credentials are used solely to perform actions authorized by the user.

We treat OAuth tokens as sensitive information and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect them against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

We do not sell or rent OAuth tokens or provide them to third parties for their own use.

7. Scheduled and Published Content

When you schedule a Pin, the Application may store information needed to execute the publication, including the title, description, destination URL, image or media reference, selected board, scheduled date and time, publication status, and Pinterest Pin identifier when returned by Pinterest.

Users remain responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for content they publish.

8. Cookies

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, remember preferences, maintain consent choices, measure usage, and improve the browsing experience. Some cookies may be placed by analytics and advertising providers.

Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies. Disabling certain cookies may affect Website functionality.

9. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website and to measure traffic and performance.

Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about Website usage, including technical information such as device and browser information, approximate location information, pages visited, and interactions.

Analytics information is processed by Google under its applicable policies and may be processed on servers in different countries, including the United States.

10. Third-Party Advertising

The Website may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising companies or advertising networks.

Advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize advertising and understand interactions with advertisements.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate consent or privacy mechanisms are used before enabling advertising technologies that require consent.

11. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information for monetary consideration.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the Website or Application, including hosting, storage, infrastructure, security, analytics, advertising, automation, and technical support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, security, or property.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legitimate business records.

13. Disconnecting Pinterest and Deleting Data

You may request that your Pinterest account be disconnected from the Application. When the connection is no longer required, we may delete or disable associated OAuth credentials, including access and refresh tokens, and remove associated data that is no longer necessary.

You may also contact us to request deletion of personal information associated with your use of the Website or Application, subject to applicable legal requirements.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
